Job Description

We’re looking for a software developer to work under the supervision of our CTO on a range of mobile and cloud-based products and support the rollout of new clinical support tools.

Requirements:

  • Become familiar with MEG range of clinical support Apps  & Websites

  • Identifying any problems with the software, logging bugs and working with developers to fix issues encountered using Redmine bug tracker.

  • Working on developing mobile applications for the health tech industry (iOS, Android, Windows, web apps)

  • Working on bug fixes and product enhancements to our web-based content management systems (Primarily Python 3, Django Project & Angular)

  • Occasional updates and feature addition to our company websites

  • Taking part in stand-up meetings with our design and development team

  • Software testing, assigning bug reports and resolving identified issues.

Job Skills:

  • Strong experience working with Python to develop robust and efficient software

  • Experience working with web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, reactive programming

  • iOS development experience (Swift) would be a bonus

  • Experience of using version control software such as Git or similar

  • Working with a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers.

  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as to defined deadlines

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to work with our Head of Marketing to develop our brand identity, marketing materials and website. Also working with our Software Development team on improving the user experience and design interface of a range of web and mobile Apps used in hospitals around the world.

We’re looking for an ambitious candidate to build a global brand, someone that is enthusiastic about the impact that technology has on healthcare and can bring creativity and ideas to the role.

Job Skills:

  • Relevant Degree, with at least 3 years working experience

  • Must have experience working with HTML, CSS

  • Experience working with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery would be a benefit

  • Knowledge of Design packages and UX methods a plus: Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Zeplin

  • Video creation and editing skills

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of designers and software developers to create an excellent user experience for our clients

  • Excellent creativity, imagination and communication skills

  • Keep up to date with technology and new techniques

  • Work ethic and strong attention to detail are a must

MEG Support Tools is an ambitious health tech company based in The Digital Hub technology campus in the heart of Dublin. Our company is dedicated to creating and supplying technology solutions for healthcare workers to improve the lives of patients. We are currently looking for a Customer Success executive to join the team. You’ll be working with senior members of the team, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

● Provide business and technical solutions to help customers fully utilize their investment

● Configure customer systems to meet requirements

● Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in our case tracking system

● Maintain support cases until resolution, drive other teams as needed and lead customer expectations

● Perform problem characterization, reproduction, diagnosis, and root cause analysis

● Work with Technical team to resolve product issues or advancing as necessary

● Author Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes

● Meet individual case management Service Level and Customer Satisfaction goals

Requirements:

● Relevant technical diploma or degree

● At least 2 years of demonstrable experience diagnosing and resolving problems in software environment

● Experience providing direct support to external customers by phone, electronically, and face-to-face

● Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software solutions

● Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects multi-functionally

● Excellent communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal). Able to communicate effectively with all levels of professional staff.

● Ability to explain complex concepts simply

● Excellent analytical skills

● Love solving problems!

● The ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner

● Able to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following additional areas a plus: Database technology; Web technology; CRM technology

● Familiarity with SaaS solutions a plus
